    Thanks for the feedback. It is extremely unlikely that we will replace our tagging feature with IMDb plot keywords, but there are some other interesting ideas in here.

    Interesting! Hadn’t thought users would care. Let’s see if this issue gets more support.

    The two reasons for the current choice:

    1. part of our new site’s color palette
    2. we wanted the “rated” color to be more vibrant than the “predicted” color (unlike the current site).

    IMDB offers somewhere a list of all official movie genres (genres plus sub genres). Maybe that would be helpful.

    Otherwise we end up in "psychological horror movie" instead of horror -> subgenre "thriller" etc.
