New Movie Added But Not Showing up in Search
This is an example of a movie that I wanted to add, BUT, it says it has already been added. (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0428144/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1). The problem is that when it was added, the TMDB link somehow got mixed up and it did not extract the information from it. The IMDB and Rotten Tomatoes link work, BUT, the TMDB link shows no such movie exists. HOWEVER, when you search TMDB, the movie does in fact exist, here is the link to the movie: (http://www.themoviedb.org/movie/32128-category-6-day-of-destruction). This has happened to SEVERAL movies which I have added. I keep on clicking the flag for removal, but I feel like nothing is EVER done. I understand it's hard to maintain such a robust site such as this and I am sure you are working on it, but PLEASE add an additional option for us to fix it at least.

Thanks for the bug report, and sorry for your troubles! There is a historical context here that manifests itself in the new site as a bug. The movie is in the system (added in april 2005) but never got promoted to “live” during the era of our “resident movie guru”, so it’s effectively hidden. That is easily fixed for this movie (done).
We’ll prioritize building better tools for helping the community address these issues without turning to our support forum.

Anabaena - thanks for adding movies! We need to build the interface for re-introducing movies that were previously rejected from the system (years ago, we had a more US-centric approach to managing the movie database). That update is coming, sorry for the delay and the troubles!

Perfect! But Max, since I recently discovered the fact that you could add so many movies at once, I had a list of 4 or 5 thousand movies that were shown on TV throughout this past year and a half which I saved the IMDB links for. I have added several of them which follow the guidelines to get added (being able to easily access the film), BUT, I still have trouble with several movies which have "already been added". Once again you cannot search for them or locate them anywhere, they are hidden as you mentioned. Could I email you the links or... What can I do?
