Next page button

It would be nice to have next page buttons at top and bottom of the page, and for the page to refresh so that you are at the top instead of needing to scroll to the top manually.

    Thanks for the feedback! A few notes:

    * yes, we'll add in the "next" button at the bottom.
    * we are considering adding "infinite scroll" (as long as the back button works right) which would be an alternative to the pager
