Can you please distinguish films that I have already seen from those that I haven't?
I don't remember every film I've seen and I used to look up Movielens to check. This is not possible anymore, as there is no difference in layout for recommended ratings and existing ratings. I find the new layout altogether pretty shit if I may say so. After many years and more than 1300 rated films I am seriously considering giving it a rest.
Does https://movielens.org/explore/your-ratings not work for you? Also, click the “list view” for the no-graphics view, which you would probably prefer.
You are not the first user to say negative things about the interface without suggesting anything helpful. Use classic.movielens.org.

classic.movielens uses red stars to show predictions and blue stars for your own ratings, the new site uses the opposite scheme - very, very confusing. Just wonder if there were significant reasons to make it vice versa?

Ah, thanks for clarifying. I can read, actually, but in your first message, you complained about the "layout".

rated: we show red stars
predicted rating: we show blue stars -

Can you not read? Recommended ratings and existing ratings are indistingushable. The helpful suggestion you are longing for would be to distinguish them. A simple colour coding would do or a little disclaimer saying 'rated' or something like that.
Yes, the 'your ratings' option does work, but it means I have to look the film up twice, which wasn't necessary before and could easily be avoided.
