Tags sometimes spoil a movie when I'm browsing (e.g. plot twist, happy ending, father-son relation in The Empire Strikes Back, etc.).
It would be nice to have the option to hide sensitive tags for unwatched movies, but still using them for the recommendation.
To determine what a "spoiler tag" is like, it could be labelled as so clicking on the + sign next to its name.
