Is it possible to allow users to import ratings from other websites?

Hi,

I marked about 500 movies from a website and it will be much convenient if we can import ratings from other websites.

I know it might be difficult to deal with every movie websites, then is it possible to provide a movie lens API so that users can import theirs scores through the API themselves?

    I second this. I'm currently using the unofficial API to import my ratings from the Swedish site filmtipset.se. Having the API publicly available would be better.

    Expose REST API , it'd be good and developers can cook up few scripts ; so most of your work'll be done by us enthusiasts.
